Justin de Ferry
From working at the well renowned McGregor Boyall and then Hudson Global Resources to becoming an owner partner at Thomson Keene, Justin has an extensive network built up since the late '90's. In establishing Boundary Talent, Justin is taking this experience to a new platform working with long standing contacts, in both candidates and clients alike. Having set up and run the Americas practice at Thomson Keene, this entity now falls under the Boundary Talent ownership and is going to continue to service the US market in conjunction with mandates in the UK. We believe in a tailored, high touch approach to staffing, rather than the high volume, anonymous service often found in this competitive industry today.
